Payment & Booking
Coaching sessions are confirmed once payment is received.
This helps me hold dedicated, regulated space for each family and keeps things simple for everyone.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that family life is unpredictable — especially when supporting children with additional needs. This policy is here to keep things clear, fair, and sustainable for everyone.

Session Confirmation

Coaching sessions are confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • With this notice, your payment can be transferred to a future session (to be used within 3 months).

Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or non-attendance, are generally not refundable, as this time has been set aside specifically for you.

Illness & Exceptional Circumstances

I recognise that illness, overwhelm, and unexpected family needs can arise. If something genuinely unavoidable comes up, please reach out — I aim to approach these situations with care and discretion.

If I Need to Cancel

If I ever need to cancel or reschedule your session, you’ll be offered:

  • a full refund, or

  • the option to reschedule at a time that suits you.
